This technical general rule is used in the reverse osmosis + EDI desalination system of this project. It puts forward the technical requirements of the system's functional design, results, performance, installation and debugging.
Even if the purchaser does not specify all the technical requirements and applicable standards, the supplier shall provide a set of high-quality products and corresponding services that meet the requirements of this technical program and the listed standards. High mandatory standards for national security and environmental protection must meet their requirements.

Fuction of this reverse osmosis system?
This system is a 38m3/h secondary reverse osmosis purified water preparation system. The raw water is pre-pretreated and then subjected to secondary RO reverse osmosis treatment. Most of the particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, Bacteria, viruses, heat sources and other harmful substances and 99% dissolved salt meet the terminal water requirements.
This system as a whole, each treatment process is related to each other, the effect of the previous treatment process may affect the next level of treatment process, and each link may affect the terminal water production of the entire system. Therefore, the configuration of the entire system Design in strict accordance with customer requirements.
The whole set of equipment has two operating modes: automatic and manual. Under normal working conditions, the equipment can operate continuously and automatically without manual guards. Including: normal water production; automatic physical cleaning of reverse osmosis membrane components; automatic shutdown of the pure water tank when full of water; EDI high and low pressure protection, protection of influent water, and discharge of product water; automatic start-up and supplementation of ultrapure water storage tanks at low water levels; High-pressure pump low-voltage protection and over-voltage protection, electrical equipment lack phase protection, etc.
