RO Water plant is Good or not ?
1, RO reverse osmosis water purifier accuracy is very high, the accuracy of good reverse osmosis is about 0.0001 microns, basically what
bacteria and viruses can be filtered.
2, RO reverse osmosis water purifier is very dependent on the reverse osmosis membrane. This is divided into two parts: (1): RO membrane
go to bacteria and viruses, but the RO membrane itself has an odor. In order to improve the taste of the drink, the activated carbon filter will be
added. The problem is mainly on the activated carbon filter. Old RO, the last activated carbon rod is T33 or similar carbon-carbon filter. The
domestic water purification industry environment, the cost of this filter is not high, rarely more than 20 yuan cost, then this cost will not be
qualified of. The production process of granular carbon itself is carried by bacteria. The RO membrane is free of bacteria. After the activated
carbon, the bacteria are taken up and put into the pressure tank. After a long time, the bacteria multiply and there is green hair in the pressure
tank. Some imported RO, the post-activated activated carbon is high-temperature sintering of powdered carbon, can try to avoid bacterial
problems, of course, this cost, the domestic clean water environment is mostly unacceptable.
(2) It is the working characteristic of the RO membrane, in addition to pressure penetration and precipitation. RO is also called reverse osmosis.
The principle of permeation is to move from low concentration to high concentration. Pressurizing high-concentration water through RO
membrane to achieve high concentration to low concentration is reverse osmosis. In theory, if it is completely reverse osmosis filtration, the TDS
is zero. But why not 0, because there is still analysis, penetration, water production is the pump start, pressurization work. When there is no
water, there is still water in the pipeline. The two ends of the RO membrane will penetrate to a high concentration, and this equilibrium process
will exchange harmful substances, including some bacteria. Of course, RO filtration can't achieve theoretical 100% filtering. Bacteria also eat
RO membranes, and the RO membrane will also have a reduced effect over time. The RO machine with pump, the pipeline pressure is
buffered, the concentrated water characteristics will be better; the machine without pumping pressure, the characteristic of concentrated water
is more obvious, which is why the machine without pump is pressurized, the TDS is higher than the tank Some, whether the imported model has
the pump to see the last symbol on the line, generally XXXXXP, this P means there is a pump. That is to say, the RO machine must completely
filter bacteria and other pollutants. The quality of the RO membrane is very important. Moreover, the activated carbon behind it must also be
imported high-quality activated carbon.

This system is designed as regards to customer raw water test report and application.
Pumps:
CHUNKE is using CNP pump for high pressure pumps and raw water pump. We are using SEKO
pump for chemical dosing. As regards to customer budget, customer can choose one brand from them.
Sand Filter Tank:
We are giving three option to you for sand filter tank; FRP, Stainless Steel S304 and Stainless Steel 316. For food and pharmaceutical industry we suggest SS316, of course the raw water source is also is important to choose tank material. To choose correct tank, we have to check every data of your application and then suggest to you most appropriate solution.
CHUNKE has all kind of sand media at its stock. Commonly customers are using 1-2mm,2-4mm, 4-8mm,8-16mm size Quartz Sand.
If you want to use FRP tank, the tank size is Ф1500 x 24000mm, our code for this tank is CK-6096. Flow rate is 40-60 m3/h and you can put 3750kg sand inside.
If you want to use Stainless Steel 304 or 316 tank the tank size is Ф1500 x 2400mm, our code for this tank is
CK1-6096. Flow rate is 40-60 m3/h and you can put 3750kg sand inside.But we do not suggest use SS tank, FRP
is better for Brackish Water.
Carbon Filter Tank:
Carbon filter is same with sand filter,tank material will be decided by you and our engineering team as FRP orstainless Steel 304 or 316. But we do not suggest use SS tank, FRP is better for Brackish Water.
If you want to use FRP tank, the tank size is Ф1500 x 2400mm, our code for this tank is CK-60.96 Flow rate is 40-60m3/h and you can put 1250kg activated carbon inside.
If you want to use Stainless Steel 304 or 316 tank the tank size is Ф1500x 2400mm, our code for this tank is CK1-6096. Flow rate is 40-60 m3/h and you can put 1250kg activated carbon inside.
Water Softener (Resin) Tank:
If you raw water has hardness, you can choose CHUNKE water softener tank in your system, size is same with sand and carbon filter. You can choose material as FRP or Stainless Steel. You can put 2500L resin in CK-6096 type FRP tank.
Cartridge Filter Housing & Cartridge:
All our Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Machine has cartridge filter housing before membrane, membranes are most important and expensive parts of system. Therefore we have to protect them, cartridge filter housing material is SS304 or SS316. We mostly using 5micron or 1 micron PP cartridge. For 15000LPH 40" 15 pieces cartridges are enough.
Our Stainless Steel Cartridge Housing code is CK40-15core×40", its diameter is 230mm, it has 15 core (you can put 15 cartridges), cartridge height is 40" and all universal cartridge is suitable to use in our housing.
We suggest you to change cartridges in every month.
Membrane Housing:
At CHUNKE we are using stainless steel or FRP (ceramic) type membrane housing. It is depend on design and application.For 15000LPH machine, we have to use 8040 type membrane so as regards to membrane size , we offer you FRP type 8040 size housing. Membrane housing type is 8040 and 4 pcs.
Membrane:
The most important part of RO Water Treatment Machine is membrane, in market there are a lot of membrane available.
As regards to customer application and budget, our team offer from Vontron/GE/DOW/TORAY brands. Our company do not use no name membranes or low quality membranes.
