Product Description
1 Multi-media filter
The multi-media filter is widely used in drinking water treatment to remove different types of particles, such as suspended solids (turbidity), colloidal compounds and etc, ensuring the filtered water's TDS is less than 5. This process will reduce the load on the back-end fine filters.
Diffuser
There is diffuser, installed in the filter. Their main function is to make the compressed air and the water distribute evenly during backwash and water distribution.


2 The active carbon filter is the key device, commonly used for removal of organic substance and heavy metal element, suspended solids, residual chlorine and etc. It can effectively reduce the level of COD and improve the taste of water. The system is a pressure filter. In the filter, the quartz and Coconut shell activecarbon bed are employed. The activated carbon is equipped with vent valving at the highest point and adrain connection at the lowest point. The internal systems and components for each tank is constructed of frp material.

3 Security filter ( Cartridge Filters)
The security filter is most commonly used for treat water. The whole system adopts one set of stainless filter. There are 5 pieces of polypropylene in every 5μ Filter cartridges, filtering the vast majority of particles in the water, which eases the load of RO membrane. This process of filtration benefits to the filter cartridge and prolongs its lifetime in the system.

This apparatus contains filtration component and stainless support layers. The support layer is made of stainless steel 304, with the advantages of compact structure, beautiful shape, high flux, good filtration accuracy and etc. This apparatus is fitted with air drain valve and bottom air drain valve and side drain valve.



4 Ultra-filtration (UF)
Ultra-filtration (UF) is a membrane separation technology that allows the solution to be purified and separated. The ultrafiltration membrane system is a solution separation device with the ultrafiltration membrane as the filter medium and the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane as the driving force. Ultrafiltration membrane only allows the solution of solvents (such as water molecules), inorganic salts and small molecules of organic matter through, and the solution of suspended solids, colloids, proteins and microorganisms and other macromolecules retained, so as to achieve the purpose of purification and separation.

The range of pore size and molecular weight of the ultrafiltration membrane is generally considered to be a pore size of 0.001-0.1 microns and a molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) of 1,000-1,000,000 Dalton.
If the filter diameter greater than or equal to 0.1 micron membrane should belong to the microfiltration membrane or fine filter areas.

The ultrafiltration membrane, which is generally used for water treatment, has a nominal molecular weight of 30,000-300,000 Dalton and a nominal molecular weight of 1,000-50,000. Dalton's ultrafiltration membranes are used for the separation, enrichment, sterilization and pyrogen removal of materials.


6 Control devices
The whole automatic production line is achieved through the converter and PLC programmer and data collector such as the liquid lever sensor, flow sensor and etc. The whole production line is monitored by remote computer. When the water level of the product water tank is high, the system will stop automatically. When the water level of the product water tank is low, the system will run automatically.
